Joe Deisher has been studying internal systems for nearly 50 years and teaching them for more than 45. He enjoys showing people how to use QiGong and TaiChi Chuan to enhance the joy in their lives: recover health and integrity, increase personal energy resources, stay in shape, and avoid getting bent out of shape.
Joe’s teachings emphasize the health aspect of TaiChi. To really have “Good Health”, we must recognize the complex nature of our bodies: physical, mental and spirit. Then we must re-member how to care for them. Without health, how can we enjoy our embodiment in the here and now?
